If you have any sort of abiding interest in religion, be it yours or the religions of others, don&#039;t take a comparative religion course unless your university is well-known for theological or philosophical education or otherwise is activly giving you a really good reason to take it. Otherwise, the potential for the class to be lame and shallow is vast. 

But if you like that sort of thing, knock yourself out.
