Wisdom teeth don't get cleaned very well because they're so deep in so this is decay. The black in the middle is the metal filling decayed also. In Malaysia I think its not compulsory to remove WT but here apparently they get removed when kids get into their teens (or when they appear) because they are of no use and cant get clean enough!
