Even with family and friends, it still feels hollow when one is lying in a cold bed staring at the ceiling. Later though, I discovered that I do have friends who are enough to fill the void. I have learned to count on my best friends - my goldfish and my four legged doggies. They may not be the smartest problem solvers, but they are always there for me. As a Christian, I do believe that this is the provision that God have made for us so that we won't be lonely. That, and His friendship, of course. I do hope that whoever who is lonely can experience the blessing of our animal buddies. Hi Jen,
