You Are 28% Vain

Okay, so you’re slightly vain from time to time, but you’re not superficial at all. You are realistic. You know that looks matter. You just try to make them matter less.

I saw this at my friends Shireen’s and Min’s and waiting for my bathtub to fill up so I can have a good soak before Lokes comes home (a tub which I’ve only used twice, mind you), I did it. So I’m almost 30% vain. Which is about right.

Pretty is not a word people use to attract me. ‘Attractive’ has been used a few times, but only after the first ten times, when people start to get to know me. The ’Attractive’, I suspect, comes from my jokes, the way I dance, my ‘lascivious’ manner, as someone once described me in college. On the whole, I think I’m not someone a man would approach if he knew what was good for him.

Which makes you wonder about Lokes, doesn’t it?

What can I say? The man has balls of steel.
