I’m going through spinach withdrawal too. Love the stuff. Wilted in evoo with loads of garlic, is my standard quick, green veggie. Hopefully they’ll sort out the mess soon.

Jenn: I dunno, the kids sleep around 7.30pm to 8pm so after that I read, play my video games, go to the gym, clean house hehe. Weekends, sat usually we do our chores in the morning before moving out. Sun – anything goes.

I stopped by a couple of times but didn’t have enough time to any comment. *how* do you find time to do none-kid stuff.. please tell.

I made a smoothie with some spinach in it earlier this week. Yikes. No more salads and must cook all veggies from now on. Glad you’re all OK too.
